The Story of The Loft Downtown Mall
The Loft Downtown Mall moved into the historic Fair Building in late 2024 in the heart of Tyler's historic downtown district. The Loft features over 65 local vendors, each with their own style and antiques.
There is 2-hour free street parking, and all-day free parking in the Fair Parking Garage on Elm St.

The Historic Fair Building in Downtown Tyler, TX
The Fair Building, officially known as the Fair Foundation Building, is located in Tyler's Historic Central Business District. The building was built in 1949, and stands as a class B office building located just south of The Square.
